The client envisioned a compact yet luxurious home that would serve as an ideal weekend retreat. The design needed to maximize the stunning estuary views while offering a high level of comfort and convenience, with a layout suited to short stays.

Our Solution:
We designed an innovative upside-down living arrangement, with the living areas on the upper floor to fully capitalize on the estuary views. The glass-fronted design floods the home with natural light, enhancing the sense of space and connection with the beautiful surroundings. High-spec finishes were used throughout to ensure the home is as luxurious as it is functional.
